H.R. 3981 TO RECLASSIFY FEES PAID INTO THE NUCLEAR WASTE FUND AS OFFSETTING COLLECTIONS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, was approved for Full Committee consideration, as amended, by voice vote.

The following amendments were offered:

An amendment in the nature of a substitute by Mr. Walden, No. 1, to clarify that the authorization period covers a five year period beginning in Fiscal Year 2005, and continuing through Fiscal Year 2009, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.
