Tauzin, Greenwood Expand Medicaid Fraud Investigation WASHINGTON (January 14)
- As part of a continuing investigation into allegations of Medicaid waste,
fraud and abuse, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Billy Tauzin
(R-LA) and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman James Greenwood
(R-PA) today asked five of the largest retail pharmacy chains to turn over
documents related to pharmaceutical reimbursements and rebates under Medicaid.
