The Subcommittee on Health met in open markup session and took the following actions:

H.R. 1108, the “Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act” was favorably forwarded to the full Committee, amended, by a yea-nay vote of: 18 – 9.

The following amendments were offered:
