An amendment by Mr. Strickland, #2, re: industrial safety rules for Department of Energy nuclear facilities, was withdrawn by unanimous consent;

An amendment by Messrs. Cox and Markey, #3, re: prohibition on assumption by United States government of liability for certain foreign accidents, was adopted by a voice vote.
