An amendment by Mr. Pallone, #46, re: establishment of a comprehensive Indian energy program, was withdrawn by unanimous consent;

An amendment by Mr. Waxman, #47, re: establishment of the Smart Energy Efficiency Fund, was defeated by a voice vote;

An amendment by Mr. Waxman, #48, re: energy strategies to address global warming, was defeated by a voice vote;

An amendment by Mr. Waxman, #49, re: development of renewable energy sources, was defeated by a yea-nay vote: 24-29.
