Committee Resolution providing that the Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, with the concurrence of the Ranking Minority Member, may authorize and issue subpoenas ad testificandum and subpoenas duces tecum to any person or entity with respect to matters involved in, relating to, or arising from the Committee's investigation of the HealthSouth Corporation, was adopted by a yea-nay vote: 39 - 0.
