An amendment by Mr. Oxley and Mrs. Wilson, #5, re: Federal contractors' use of key recoverable products, was WITHDRAWN by unanimous consent;

An amendment by Mr. Stearns, #6, re: prohibition on transfers to People's Liberation Army or to any Communist Chinese military company, was ADOPTED by a voice vote;

An amendment by Mr. Towns, #7, re: criminal penalty for failure to decrypt information obtained under a court order, was ADOPTED by a voice vote.
