• Committee Resolution offered by Mr. Upton regarding the number of Members on each subcommittee (ratios) was adopted by a voice vote.
• Committee Resolution offered by Mr. Stearns regarding the subcommittee chairmen and vice chairmen was adopted by a voice vote.
• Committee Resolution offered by Mr. Gillmor regarding the Republican membership of each of the subcommittees was adopted by a voice vote.
