An amendment by Mr. Towns, #3, re: drug pricing limitations, was AGREED TO without objection.

A Motion by Mr. Moorhead to modify the Minority memberships of the Subcommittee on Energy and Power and the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations for the remainder of the 103rd Congress was AGREED TO without objection.
