- An amendment by Mr. Deutsch, #5, re: coverage of injured public safety
officers, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 17-19;
- An amendment by Mr. Richardson, #6, re: nondiscriminatory limits for treatment
of severe mental illness, was ruled to be NOT GERMANE;
- An amendment by Messrs. Dingell and Pallone, #7, re: breast cancer and
