consent request;
- A unanimous consent request made by Mr. Dingell that the Pallone/Rush amendment
be modified to reflect the understanding that paragraph 2 of sec. 2101 would be stricken
and that paragraph 3 would be re-designated as (2), was ADOPTED with no objection.
