An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Klink, #1F, re: protection of adult children against long-term costs of parents, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 19-24;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mrs. Lincoln, #1G, re: protection against liens on homes and farms, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 17-23;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Studds, #1H, re: prohibition against the use of pre-existing condition exclusions, was WITHDRAWN, with no objection;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Ms. Eshoo and Ms. Furse, #1I, re: assuring continued protection of children, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 18-23;



An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Wyden, #1J, re: screening and treatment of breast and cervical cancer for poor women, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 18-26;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Pallone, #1K, re: continuing coverage of medicare cost-sharing for qualified medicare beneficiaries, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay voe: 18-24;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Deutsch, #1L, re: maintaining benefits for current Alzheimer patients, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 19-25;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Bryant, #1M, re: allotment formula for FY 1996, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 15-30.

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Ganske #1N, re: equal payment rates for rural providers, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Waxman #1O, re: state entitlement, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 14-31.
