An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Coburn, #1X, re: abortion, was WITHDRAWN, with no objection;

An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Towns, #1Y, re: nondiscrimination, was NOT AGREED TO by a yea-nay vote: 17-23;
An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Ms. Eshoo, #1Z, re: support for public hospitals, was AGREED TO by a voice vote;
An amendment to the Bliley substitute by Mr. Bilirakis, #1AA, re: technicals, was AGREED TO by a voice vote; and

The Bliley amendment in the nature of a substitute (#1), offered on 9/20/95, was AGREED TO, as amended, by a voice vote.
