An amendment to the Bliley amendment in the nature of a substitute by Mr. Tauzin, #1D, re: permitting additional services to existing customers, was DEFEATED, by a voice vote;

H.R. 2691:NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 1997, was ORDERED FAVORABLY REPORTED, AMENDED, by a voice vote.
