Secretary Sebelius to Testify WEDNESDAY

The House Energy and Commerce Committee investigation of the president’s health care law has uncovered numerous documents confirming that the law was not ready for prime time and, while not disclosing in real time, the administration was fully aware of the chaos behind the scenes. Emails released Friday confirm that the administration recognized it would need to delay the small business exchange as early as August, yet no delay was announced until September 26 with a full year delay made public just one day before Thanksgiving. Time and again the administration testified that implementation was “on track” but internal documents continue to reveal that officials knew this was not the case.
