The Subcommittee on Energy and Environment held a hearing titled, "H.R. 3258, the Drinking Water System Security Act of 2009, and H.R. 2868, the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Act of 2009" on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The hearing elicited views from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and other stakeholders on these two bills.
