On Thursday, the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade, will vote on H.R. 2052, The Global Investment in American Jobs Act of 2013. H.R. 2052 is a bipartisan bill designed to help increase foreign direct investment in the United States and spur job creation.

On Wednesday, May 22, the House approved H.R. 3, the Northern Route Approval Act, with bipartisan support by a vote of 241 to 175. Sponsored by Rep.
