The Subcommittee on Health held a hearing titled, "'Ryan White CARE Act Amendments of 2009' Discussion Draft Legislation" on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The hearing examined a discussion draft of legislation to extend the Ryan White Program for three additional years. 

The Energy and Commerce Committee will hold its third day of legislative hearings on the health reform discussion draft on Thursday, June 25, 2009, in room 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The Committee has worked with the Ways and Means and Education and Labor Committees to develop a proposal that reflects President Obama's health reform principles.
