WASHINGTON, DC – The Energy and Commerce Committee is continuing its investigation into the Environmental Protection Agency’s management of fraud in the production and trade of Renewable Identification Numbers, which serve as renewable fuel credits under EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard regulations.
