Ed Whitfield (R-KY), today approved bipartisan legislation to provide much-needed certainty and regulatory relief to America's farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses. H.R. 1633, the Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act, passed the panel by a vote of 12-9 and now moves to the full Energy and Commerce Committee for consideration.
