The Full Committee will meet in OPEN MARKUP SESSION at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building, to consider the following:

1. H.R. 4591, the Stockholm and Rotterdam Toxics Treaty Act of 2005;
2. H.R. 2567, the Antifreeze Bittering Act of 2005; and,
3. H.R. 5337, Reform of National Security Reviews of Foreign Direct Investments Act.

H.R. 5337, Reform of National Security Reviews of Foreign Direct Investments Act, and ordered reported, as amended, by voice vote.

An amendment, #1, offered by Mr. Barton, was AGREED to by voice vote.
