WASHINGTON, DC – House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR) today led House debate on H.R. 1580, legislation to affirm the policy of the United States regarding Internet governance and preserve Internet freedom.
The Committee on Energy and Commerce has scheduled a full committee hearing for Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 10 a.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The hearing is entitled “Cyber Threats and Security Solutions.” Witnesses to be announced.
