WASHINGTON, DC – A group of Energy and Commerce Committee members today unveiled new legislation designed to expedite construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. Rep. Lee Terry (R-NE) authored the bipartisan legislation, which calls for the approval of construction and operation of the northern portion of the pipeline from the Canadian border to the South Dakota/Nebraska border.
