WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Office of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor released a new report entitled The Imperial Presidency to highlight the Obama administration’s massive regulatory overreach and disregard for the legislative process.
Without repeal or delay, the full implementation of ObamaCare is now less than 15 months away. Yet citizens and policymakers face a mounting level of questions, fears and frustrations.
