Full Committee Organizational Meeting (January 24, 2019)

The Committee on Energy and Commerce met on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2123 Rayburn House Office Building for a formal organizational meeting for the 116th Congress.  The Committee considered the following matters:   

 

1. Welcome and opening remarks by the Chairman and Ranking Member; Introduction of new Members of the Committee;

 

2. Adoption of the Resolution on Committee Rules;

 

3. Adoption of the Resolution of Subcommittee names, jurisdictions, and ratios;

 

4. Announcement of the Democratic Subcommittee Chairs and Members;

 

5. Announcement of the Republican Subcommittee Ranking Members and Members; and

 

6. Further business.
