H.R. 2345, National Suicide Hotline Improvement Act of 2017, To require the Federal Communications Commission to study the feasibility of designating a simple, easy-to-remember dialing code to be used for a national suicide prevention and mental health crisis hotline system.
H.R. 2903, Rural Reasonable and Comparable Wireless Access Act of 2017, To direct the Federal Communications Commission to promulgate regulations that establish a national standard for determining whether mobile and broadband services available in rural areas are reasonably comparable to those services provided in urban areas.
H.R. 3787, Small Entity Regulatory Relief Opportunity (SERRO) Act of 2017, To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to provide for streamlined procedures for waiver petitions seeking relief for small entities from regulations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, to require the Commission to defer the application of new regulations to small entities, and for other purposes.
