McKinsey & Co. Presentation to CMS Regarding Implementation of Health Care Law

The Energy and Commerce Committee’s investigation into the botched rollout of the health care law has uncovered a document that indicates senior administration officials at the White House and Department of Health and Human Services were aware of the concerns about meeting the October 1 launch date and the inability to complete end to end testing as early as March 2013.

The committee has learned that the presentation was prepared by McKinsey & Company at the request of the administration. The committee asked McKinsey & Co. to identify which administration officials received this presentation. McKinsey & Co. submitted the following list based on the recollection of individuals present at these meetings. As such, it may not be complete.
