The uncertainty--created by the health care law--continues to plague job creators, and--lately, it seems the Obama administration is going out of its way to make--the problem--worse. The health care law mandates that all--employers--offering health care coverage to their workers must--provide--a government-defined--"Essential Benefits Package." --What does that entail? No one knows.

Since the health care reforms became law, the Obama administration has granted more than 1,300 waivers to businesses, organizations, and unions because without the waivers, millions of Americans stand to lose their health care coverage under the law. But you don't have to take our word for it.
Another provision of the health care law is failing to live up to its lofty promises. Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), described in a seven-page provision included in the law designed to lower costs for Medicare recipients, are having difficulty attracting interest from possible participants.
Today is the last tax day individuals with health savings accounts, flex spending accounts or health reimbursement accounts will enjoy tax-free over-the-counter medication benefits.
