WASHINGTON, DC – #SubEnergy Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) today issued the following statement after President Trump signed H.R. 518, EPS Improvement Act of 2017, into law. H.R. 518, authored by committee members Rep. Diana DeGette (D-CO) and Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-KY), passed the House of Representatives in January of 2017 and passed the Senate last month.
