In today’s Washington Times, Rep. Lee Terry (R-NE) calls on President Obama to stop the delays and approve the Keystone XL pipeline. Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman approved the Nebraska reroute last week, paving the way for the president’s final approval. It has now been 1,594 days since TransCanada first applied for a Presidential Permit to build the Keystone XL pipeline, which will bring much-needed jobs and energy security to America.
