WASHINGTON, DC – House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) today announced the committee will conduct its formal organizational meeting for the 113th Congress on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The meeting will include the adoption of Committee Rules and the formal appointment of Subcommittee leadership and member rosters.
